The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by the HAREM DES SENS site. The latter reserves the right to refuse an order if the customer already has a dispute with the HAREM DES SENS site or if the HAREM DES SENS site considers that the customer carries a risk of default of payment.
The HAREM DES SENS site then reserves the right to ask its customer for additional information if it considers it necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. Without a response from the customer within 5 days of the order, the order and payment are canceled. The HAREM DES SENS site undertakes to honor orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.
The HAREM DES SENS site ships its products to France and internationally.
We undertake to deliver the goods ordered on the site www.haremdessens.com as soon as possible after receipt of your payment.
Your orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. An order placed on Friday can only be taken into account on Monday to be shipped by Wednesday at the latest. To this period will be added those for delivery, which vary depending on the carrier chosen by the customer when ordering on the site as well as the country of delivery.
The delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and in no case the responsibility of the
HAREM DES SENS site could be engaged in the event of non-compliance with the delivery times.
Standard delivery offered only in France for any order over € 60.
Outside the European union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to inquire about their amount from his local customs office.
OUR DELIVERY METHODS
The customer has the choice between several delivery methods, the costs and times of which vary:
Delivery by MONDIAL RELAY
Delivery by Mondial Relay is carried out with a tracking number and delivery against the customer's signature. Delivery takes place in France and some European countries. Delivery is made in city-center relays, near your home, workplace or resort. You will be notified by email of the availability of your package. You have from 7 to 10 to withdraw it in relay, according to the traders.
Delivery by COLISSIMO STANDARD
delivery by Colissimo standard is carried out with a tracking number, without the customer's signature. Delivery takes place:
(i) in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco within 48 working hours,
(ii) within 8 (eight) working days in the European union and in Monaco, Switzerland and Norway,
(iii) within 12 (twelve) working days in any other country, from the date on which the preparation of the order by the HAREM DES SENS site is finalized and confirmed to the customer by sending an email. Delivery by Colissimo standard is offered by the HAREM DES SENS site for any order above the price of € 60 to mainland France.
UPS DELIVERY
Delivery by UPS is carried out with tracking number and delivery against signature of the customer. Delivery takes place in the countries and according to the deadlines listed by the latter. We invite you to read the delivery information in article 6 of our terms of sales.
RETURNS
Any customer can request the exchange of his article within 14 days from the date of the order.
Returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the customer.
The product for which the customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.
The customer must include the product, the number of the order concerned by the return, the designation of the product (s) concerned by the return, as well as a request for an exchange or refund.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any complaints.
In addition, so that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we advise you to also notify it by email to contact@haremdessens.com.
When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, - if you are returning products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us for a refund.
Orders made on the HAREM DES SENS website cannot be returned or exchanged at our resellers.
